Sahara Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs  Course Ground Beef (1st step)
  • 1 tbsp  Cooking Oil (1st step)
  • 1 tbsp  Onion, granulated (1st step)
  • 1 8 oz can  Tomato Sauce (2nd step)
  • 1 can  Beef Broth (2nd step)
  • 3 tsp  Mexene Chili Powder (3rd step)
  • 1 tsp  Garlic Powder (3rd step)
  • 1/2 tsp  Salt (3rd step)
  • 1/2 tbsp  Ground Cumin (3rd step)
  • 1 tsp  Cayenne Pepper (3rd step)
  • 1/2 tsp  Black Pepper (3rd step)
  • 1 tsp  Chicken Granules, or 1 cube (3rd step)
  • 2 tbsp  Mexene Chili Powder ( 4th step)
  • 1 tsp  Paprika (4th step)
  • 1/2 tbsp  Ground Cumin (4th step)
  • 1 cup  Water ,as needed

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients from (1st step) together and lightly brown meat.
  2. Add all ingredients from (2nd step) together with (1st step) and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Add all ingredients from (3rd step) and cook for 1hour.
  4. Add all ingredients from (4th step) leave covered and simmer for 30 minutes.
Yield: 2 qts
Preptime: 20 minutes
Cook time: 2 hours-15 minutes
