Chili Cheese Dog Nachos

Ingredients

• 1 lb  Prepared Chili (Prepared following instructions found on 1.6 oz. Mexene Chili Mix or 2 oz--3oz Mexene Chili Powder bottles)
• 2   Hot Dogs, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
• 1 pkg  Corn Tortilla Chips

Directions

1. Follow directions found on Mexene package to prepare the chili, but add the hot dog pieces while browning the ground beef.
2. Preheat broiler
3. Arrange corn chips on a platter or in a casserole dish.
4. Top the chips with the cooked chili-hot dog mixture.
5. Cover the chili dog mixture with cheese.
6. Place casserole under hot broiler, approximately 2 minutes or until melted and bubbly.

Yield: Casserole dish
Preptime: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5-6 minutes
