Chili Cheese Dog Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 lb Prepared Chili (Prepared following instructions found on 1.6 oz. Mexene Chili Mix or 2 oz--3oz Mexene Chili Powder bottles)
- 2 Hot Dogs, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 pkg Corn Tortilla Chips
Directions
- Follow directions found on Mexene package to prepare the chili, but add the hot dog pieces while browning the ground beef.
- Preheat broiler
- Arrange corn chips on a platter or in a casserole dish.
- Top the chips with the cooked chili-hot dog mixture.
- Cover the chili dog mixture with cheese.
- Place casserole under hot broiler, approximately 2 minutes or until melted and bubbly.
Preptime: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5-6 minutes
