Venison Chili

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs  ground Venison
  • 1 lb  ground Pork
  • 1 jar  Cajun Injector Hot & Spicy Butter Marinade
  • 1 tbsp  Cajun Shake
  • 2 tbsp  Mexene Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp  Louisiana Gold Sauce
  • 1 ea  Whole Chopped Onion
  • 10-12 oz  Tomato Paste
  • 48 oz  ketchup
  • 3 qts  tomato juice
  • 1 ea  Chopped Red Pepper
  • 1 bunch  Chopped Parsley

Directions

  1. Brown ground venison and pork in large pot; add other ingredients together with 4 oz Cajun Injector Hot & Spicy Butter Marinade; stir to desired thickness, then let simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Add a little parsley and parmesan cheese.
  3. Bon Appetite
