Venison Chili

Ingredients
- 4 lbs ground Venison
- 1 lb ground Pork
- 1 jar Cajun Injector Hot & Spicy Butter Marinade
- 1 tbsp Cajun Shake
- 2 tbsp Mexene Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Louisiana Gold Sauce
- 1 ea Whole Chopped Onion
- 10-12 oz Tomato Paste
- 48 oz ketchup
- 3 qts tomato juice
- 1 ea Chopped Red Pepper
- 1 bunch Chopped Parsley
Directions
- Brown ground venison and pork in large pot; add other ingredients together with 4 oz Cajun Injector Hot & Spicy Butter Marinade; stir to desired thickness, then let simmer for 1 hour.
- Add a little parsley and parmesan cheese.
