Mexene Tamale Loaf

  1. Mix raw ground beef, tomatoes, Mexene Chili Powder Seasoning, salt, Louisiana Hot Sauce and onion.
  2. Put one layer of meat mixture into bottom of pan.
  3. Put one layer of cornmeal softened with water and salt to taste.
  4. Keep altenating until mixture is used.
  5. Bake in 325 degrees F. oven for 1 hour.
Yield: Serves 4
