Mexene Tamale Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lg can Tomatoes
- 2 tsp Mexene Chili Powder Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1 ea Onion
- 1 cup Cornmeal
Directions
- Mix raw ground beef, tomatoes, Mexene Chili Powder Seasoning, salt, Louisiana Hot Sauce and onion.
- Put one layer of meat mixture into bottom of pan.
- Put one layer of cornmeal softened with water and salt to taste.
- Keep altenating until mixture is used.
- Bake in 325 degrees F. oven for 1 hour.
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour
