Mexene Lean & Mean Bean Chili Quick & Easy

Ingredients
- 1 1.6 oz pkg Mexene Chili Mix
- 1 cup Onions, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 10 oz can Casa Fiesta Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- 1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Mexene Chili Powder
- 1/8 tsp Bruce's
- 1 15 oz can Mexene Chili Beans
- 1 8 oz can Corn, drained
- 1 ea Tortilla Chips and Shredded Cheddar Cheese, optional
Directions
- In 3-quart saucepan, over medium-heat, saute onions and garlic in oil until tender.
- Add turkey; cook until done, stirring occasionally to break up meat.
- Drain.
- Stir in chicken broth, tomatoes, mustard, chili powder and pepper.
- Heat to a boil; reduce heat.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in beans and corn; cook for 5 minutes.
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
