Mexene Quick & Easy Chili Mac

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Mexene Chili Mix
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 15 oz can Mexene Chili Beans
- 1 10 oz can Casa Fiesta Tomatoes and Green Chilies
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup Whole Kernal Corn, frozen
- 3 cups Elbow Macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Garnish of Sour Cream
Directions
- Garnish with a dab of Sour Cream.
- *For a cheesier version, prepare a pack of macaroni and cheese and use instead of 3 cups cooked macaroni.
- In a medium skillet under low to medium heat brown the ground beef.
- Mix into the meat mixture the tomatoes and green chilies, chili mix and water.
- Slowly add the beans, corn and macaroni.
- Sprinkle cheese over macaroni mixture.
- Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
Preptime: 10 minutes
