Venison Muriel

Ingredients
- 3 slices Chopped bacon
- 3/4 lb ground Venison
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Mexene Chili Powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 16 oz Can stewed tomatoes undrained
- 1 1/2 cup Cooked rice
Directions
- Fry chopped bacon in large skillet until crisp; add ground venison. chopped onion, mexene,salt, paprika, and pepper to skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to crumble.
- Add tomatoes to skillet; cover, reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour
